In fact, our kitchen crew knows all about the rocket science of Italian cuisine, embellishing the fresh produce, sourced from our 180 producer friends all over Italy from whom we buy directly, like our aged and tasty Parmigiano Reggiano DOP from the Gennari Family in Parma, or the fresh Mozzarella di Bufala from Salvatore Corso in Napoli.
Many of our suppliers have been by our side since day one and belong to our Big family.
For the produce not from in Italy, they are exclusively sourced from our dear German producers.
