Welcome to Pink Mamma, our four-storey Italian restaurant in the heart of Paris’ 9th arrondissement, just a short stroll from Pigalle. A pink Florentine-inspired trattoria bathed in natural light beneath a spectacular glass roof, where traditional Italian cooking is served with flair, passion, and plenty (plenty) of mozzarella.
On the menu, Chef Alessia showcases the very best seasonal ingredients sourced straight from Italy. Expect generous flame-grilled meats cooked before your eyes, indulgent truffle pasta, creamy risotto, golden arancini and beautiful house-made charcuterie boards. Our Neapolitan pizzas come fresh from the wood-fired oven on the second floor, ready to win over every pizza lover. Looking for a sunny spot? SPICY CALABRESE
A bold pizza topped with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, spicy ’nduja, mozzarella, spicy salsiccia and caramelised red onions.
T-BONE FIORENTINA
A 1.2kg dry-aged T-bone steak on the bone, infused with rosemary and served with sautéed potatoes and spinach. Made to be shared when it's time to get serious.
THE BIG CRÈME BRÛLÉE
An XL vanilla crème brûlée with a hazelnut praline base that cracks beautifully under your spoon, making every bite even more irresistible.
TIRAMISÙ AL PISTACCHIO
A pistachio lover's dream: coffee-soaked sponge layered with pistachio cream and mascarpone, one spoonful after another without ever slowing down.

All your questions
Reservations can only be made through our website. Bookings open 30 days in advance at 9:00am. If you can't find your preferred time slot, it unfortunately means we're fully booked. We recommend checking back regularly, as guests sometimes cancel or change their reservations.
We also welcome walk-ins whenever possible. We suggest arriving at the beginning of service; if the restaurant is already full, we'll gladly add you to the waiting list with an estimated wait time. While we can't always guarantee a table, our team will always do their best to find you a spot.
Any changes to your booking (including the date, time or number of guests) must be made by the guest using the confirmation email.
If no availability is shown, it means the restaurant is fully booked and no further changes can be made.
We take allergies and dietary requirements very seriously. We offer options for vegetarians, vegans and a number of other dietary preferences. Please let our team know when making your reservation and again when you arrive so we can recommend suitable alternatives.
If you're unable to make your reservation, please cancel it using the link in your confirmation email. This allows another guest to enjoy the experience.
